I spent over 20 years leading HR at the executive level across global organizations, including as Vice-President of Total Rewards at AtkinsRéalis, where I led a team of 18 and oversaw programs for approximately 20,000 employees across the Americas. I have built compensation and benefits programs from scratch, advised C-suites on people strategy, and led HR through mergers, acquisitions, and periods of significant growth.
