Coaching is one of the most effective tools for gaining clarity, building momentum, and moving forward with intention. My approach is goal-centric, which means every engagement starts with what you actually want to achieve. We work together to get clear on where you are, where you want to go, and what's getting in the way. Then we build a path forward that's practical, realistic, and grounded in your real life.
I bring over 20 years of senior human resources and leadership experience to this work, along with accredited coaching training. I understand the personal and professional sides of the challenges my clients bring to coaching, and I take both seriously. Sessions are confidential, structured, and focused entirely on you.
Coaching covers a wide range of professional and personal topics.
Sessions are tailored entirely to your goals and situation. Common areas include:
Building your leadership presence, navigating team dynamics, strengthening your influence, and leading with confidence at every level. We start with the specific leader you want to become and work toward that with intention.
Gaining clarity on your direction, preparing for a move, positioning yourself for a promotion, or navigating a career transition. We define exactly where you want to go and build a realistic, actionable plan to get there.
Raising your impact as a senior leader through sharper decision-making, stronger communication, and greater strategic influence. We focus on the goals that matter most at your level, including the ones that don't make it into job descriptions.
Creating structure and momentum around personal goals, habits, confidence, and direction, especially during times of change or uncertainty. We start with what you actually want and build a clear path forward.
Building sustainable coping strategies, improving balance, and developing the resilience to perform well without burning out. We identify how you want to feel and function, and work toward that with concrete steps.
Strengthening self-awareness, clarifying your values, building better habits, and becoming a more intentional version of yourself. We start with where you want to go and work backward from there.
Most of these coaching categories correspond to recognized coaching service types and may be relevant for benefits reimbursement through your employer's plan.

Many people don't realize that coaching services can be eligible for reimbursement through their employer's benefit plan. Coverage depends entirely on how your employer has designed their plan, not on the insurance company itself. Even if two employees have benefits through the same insurer, their coverage can be very different depending on what their employer has chosen to include.
Major Canadian insurance carriers like Sun Life, Manulife, and Canada Life administer a wide range of employer benefit plans that may include a Personal Spending Account (PSA), Wellness Spending Account (WSA), or Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA).
Eligible expense categories vary by plan, but commonly include life coaching, executive coaching, leadership development, stress management support, and personal development coaching.
The best way to confirm your coverage is to log into your benefits portal or contact your plan administrator directly and ask whether coaching services are an eligible expense under your spending account.
In the US, coaching may be reimbursable through a Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), or employer wellness program, including Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
HSA and FSA reimbursement typically requires a Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician confirming the services are connected to treating or preventing a health condition. Some employer wellness or professional development benefits cover coaching without that requirement.
Coverage and eligibility vary widely, so confirm the details with your HR department or benefits provider before submitting a claim.
Clients are responsible for confirming their own coverage and eligibility. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends entirely on individual plan design.
