I'm a Montréal-based Goal-Centric Coach and Fractional CHRO with over 20 years of experience in senior HR leadership across complex, global organizations. I work with ambitious professionals who are ready to grow, and with organizations that need strategic HR leadership at the executive level. I bring deep expertise in Total Rewards strategy.
I work bilingually in English and French, with clients across Canada and worldwide.
I spent over 20 years building a career inside some of the world's most complex organizations. I started in pharmaceuticals at Merck and Bristol-Myers Squibb, moved through consumer goods at Mattel, retail at Ardene, and ultimately became Vice-President of Total Rewards at AtkinsRéalis, leading a team of 18 and overseeing compensation, benefits, and retirement programs for approximately 20,000 employees across the Americas.
It was meaningful work. But the moments that stayed with me were never the strategy decks or the program launches. They were the conversations. The manager who finally understood why their team wasn't performing. The professional who had been sitting on a decision for two years and finally found the clarity to act. The person who walked in stuck and walked out with a plan.
Those moments kept telling me something. I just needed to listen.
When my position was eliminated, it was not the path I had planned. But it turned out to be exactly the push I needed. Instead of looking for the next VP role, I chose to build something different. Something that centered the work I had always found most meaningful: helping people grow.
Today I bring that same depth of experience to two things I love: goal-centric coaching for professionals who are ready to take their next step, and fractional CHRO services for organizations that need strategic HR leadership without the cost of a full-time hire.
