Coaching has had a profound impact on my own life and career, and it’s why I believe everyone deserves access to thoughtful, supportive guidance. For every eight paid coaching clients, I offer one complimentary Foundations Package to someone who could truly benefit from coaching but may not otherwise have the opportunity.
In this way, each coaching engagement I take on creates a ripple effect, extending clarity, confidence, and leadership support to people doing meaningful work or navigating important moments of change.

Confirmation they are aware of and open to being contacted

Selected applicants or nominees will be invited to an exploratory call to confirm fit and readiness before coaching begins.
This is a coaching relationship, not mentoring, advising, or consulting. Priority is given to individuals who demonstrate readiness, openness, and commitment to the coaching process.
