Giving back is built into how I coach.

Coaching has had a profound impact on my own life and career, and it's why I believe the chance to experience it shouldn't come down to budget or timing alone.

So once every quarter, I open up one complimentary Starter Package: three 60-minute coaching sessions, offered pro bono to one person who's ready to do the work.

Each engagement I take on creates a ripple effect, extending clarity, confidence, and support to people doing meaningful work or navigating an important moment of change.

How It Works

Four times a year, I put out a call on my social channels for one pro bono coaching spot. When a call is open, everything you need to put your name forward, or to nominate someone you have in mind, will be right there in the post.

No standing application, no hoops to jump through. Just follow along on social media, and reach out when the timing feels right for you or someone you know.

Spots are limited and chosen with care, so not everyone who reaches out will be selected. But every person who does is genuinely appreciated.

Why This Matters to Me

Throughout my career, I've supported leaders navigating complexity, responsibility, and change, often without the space or support they deserve. I've seen again and again that people are capable of more than they realize, and that the right support at the right moment can shift everything.

Opening up a spot each quarter is my way of extending that support a little further, and of building a practice that reflects what I value most.

When a call is open, anyone who reaches out will be invited to a short exploratory conversation to make sure it's a good fit before we begin.
This is a coaching relationship, not mentoring, advising, or consulting. Priority goes to people who bring readiness, openness, and a real commitment to the process.
