I believe that people are capable of more than they realize, and that with the right clarity, structure, and support, they can do what truly matters to them and brings out their best.
That belief comes from more than 20 years working inside organizations at the senior HR level — including a VP role at AtkinsRéalis, and leadership positions at Ardene and Mattel. I have seen what happens when people have the right support at the right moment. It changes everything.
Today I channel that experience into two things I love: goal-centric coaching for professionals who are ready to grow, and strategic HR leadership for organizations that are ready to build.
I work with ambitious professionals who are ready to grow, lead with more confidence, or take their career somewhere new. My approach is structured and action-oriented. Every session ends with clarity and a concrete next step.
